OMAIGOD I FINALLY FOUND MY OLYMPUS OM10!!!! I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR IT FOREVERRRRR!!! But now I couldnt find my sketchbook anywhere. Found the camera while looking for the sketchbook. So probably I will find the sketchbook when looking for something else. Yes, I can be so absent minded at times I always forget where I put my stuff >_< BUT AH MY DEAREST OLYMPUS, HOW I MISS YOU SOOOOOOO ~_~

Ok ni post memang khusus untuk aku nak membebel.

So found out from a few friends yang posting for sekolah menengah will be out MID JANUARY and we'll probably start working END OF FREAKING JANUARY. WTF??? Ok, sapa yang nak jadi palat cakap "Lek lu wei. This means you gona have more holidays!" (because there are a few who said this to us), mai sini aku nak pelangkung kepala ang.

Look, it's important to start in January because;

1. This means we gona get our pay sooner.
As you may or may not know, beginning teachers yang baru masuk the profession will not get the pay for the first three months of working. So kalo stat January, at least there's a chance of getting the pay somewhere around April la at least. So aku bleh guna duit tu nak pi grad kat Auckland and I hope to bring my parents too.

2. Seniority/Surat Pengesahan.
Kalo stat awai, ang dah bleh stat awai on the selok belok of working in the particular school and stat awai on getting to know the teachers/staffs/whatnots. Pastu, surat pengesahan pon maybe boleh dapat awai jugak. And this letter is important untuk anjakan gaji and all that shizz. And selalu nya orang cakap surat pengesahan will only be received about 2 months after working. Dah la tu, kalo nak naik gaji bukan senang2 ja. Dapat surat pengesahan tu, then nak apply la apa la, then ada interview la apa suma. Haih.

Basically memang macam pantek. AKU BENCI EEEEEE >:O !!!!!!

Banyak la cita dia aku jadi menyampah betui. Pehtu ada kawan aku tengok kat TV1 about 86 teachers (primary and secondary) will be placed kat hulu Kelantan. These teachers are supposed to start this 3rd January and all of the 86 teachers are from the KPLI course and they will teach English in conjunction to upgrade the MBI.

Well, firstly, I'm sorry to those KPLI students who read this blog (if there's any). Aku studied for 5 1/2 bloody long years, and these KPLI students pulak stadi macam crash course pon ada for about a year! And the ministry sent these people to teach then bila kami yang sepatutnya ajaq English ni dapat option lain. Some of my seniors dont even teach English. Ada yang ajaq PJ, ada yang ajaq BM and Sejarah la apa tah lagi. Mepek apa. Then why waste the money to send us overseas to study English kalo nak buat camni?

And again, I'm sorry, I know not all KPLI students are proficient in English. Ada dulu time aku still kat IPBA, nak sembang kuat la kan because KPLI ni awai awai dia stadi jadi engineer la, lawyer la, doctor la apa la suma kan tapi English berteraboq jugak. Then they're expected to teach the language in schools. Pehtu ada plak time briefing apa tah aritu, some of them asked whether their starting pay are higher than ours because their first degree in medic la accountancy la apa suma tu la. Ok, firstly, you quit whatever your job was to be a teacher. Aku memang tak setuju la gaji KPLI akan naik based on their first degree. Sebab who asked you to quit your previous job? Dah masuk jadi cikgu, so gaji macam cikgu ja la. Pasepa nak kena ada differences pulak? Tambah tambah KPLI yang act oh-so-mighty. Memang nak kena sepak.

Satu lagi berita kat TV3 plak. Konon keperluan guru Bahasa Inggeris mendesak and memerlukan ramai guru BI so where the heck is our penempatan? Oh maybe depa bagi kat KPLI. Haha.

Ok I know I sound so bitter in this post, well because I really am. I am pissed with the whole situation, and I cant do anything about it because everything depends on the ministry. And the little people like myself can just rant rant rant and just wait for their instructions in order to take the next step, whatever that may be.

I'm sorry to those mentioned in this post if ada yang terasa. I'm angry now. So all the angry talk is pretty much bound to happen anyway.

Ok so I went to Sibu, Sarawak last week to meet up with the boyf. Memandangkan he's busy with his practicum and I'm starting work soon, memang tadak time yang lama pon nak boleh berjumpak. He cant come to the Peninsular, so I decided to go there instead after susah payah mintak kebenaran from my mom ^^;;; So anyway, I went there just for the weekend and but the trip was worth every penny :)

Felt a bit awkward seeing him at the airport. I think it's because it had been quite a while kan. Somehow at some point, I kind of forgot that I actually have a boyf haha. Because both of us were busy with our studies and daily stuff and being so far away is so hard, lemme tell you that.

Whatever it is, after a short while we became normal again hehe. Fyi, this trip was also my first time meeting his parents. The whole deal was very nerve- wrecking. But fortunately I sailed through successfully (or so I hoped!) hahaha.

It was pretty sad when I had to head back home :( But it's okay. Next year is the last year he'll be in Auckland then he'll be back in Malaysia for good. Oh but I probably go to Auckland somewhere in May for my graduation. Hopefully la I'll have enough money to go there by then. Ni dengan tak dapat posting apa suma lagi camana nak dapat gaji huhuhu.
